The Swiss replacement tenant process brings together two very different needs. Departing tenants want to leave their rental contract early without carrying the work and financial risk themselves. Applicants want a genuine opportunity to distinguish themselves when many people are competing for the same home. Landlords and property managers need suitable, dependable candidates.
Our mission is to build a better way for rental homes to change hands before the ordinary termination date: effortless and protected for departing tenants, more effective for applicants, and dependable for landlords. We do this by managing and guaranteeing the search while creating an application process in which seekers can put forward their strongest case.
Who we help
For qualifying apartments, our service and rent guarantee are free for departing tenants. We manage the replacement tenant process—from advertising and applications to communication with the landlord. If you are not released from your rental obligation by the guaranteed date, we cover the rent in accordance with our guarantee terms.
How the rent guarantee worksApplicants discover the apartment through public property platforms and apply through Namsu using its application code. Applying is free. Optional premium services provide additional support and, depending on the chosen service, a meaningful advantage in the application process.
