What are the requirements to receive the guarantee and CHF 100?

To qualify for the cash reward and our binding tenant guarantee, you need to:

  • Let us handle the full tenant search – don't advertise the apartment yourself or involve your landlord
  • Submit accurate information and at least 5 good apartment photos
  • Be reachable for viewings and sign a simple authorization form so we can act on your behalf
  • Complete the onboarding – including the Vollmacht and remaining apartment details – before the deadline we specify when confirming your guarantee

When will I receive the CHF 100?

You'll receive the money shortly after your apartment has been onboarded and we receive the signed authorization form. We'll confirm your eligibility within one business day of your photo upload.

What happens if Namsu can't find a new tenant in time?

If you received our binding guarantee and fulfilled your part of the process, we'll cover your rent from the takeover date until your lease ends.

Is my data safe?

Yes – we take privacy very seriously. Your data is handled securely, stored only in Switzerland or the EU, and never shared with third parties outside the rental process. You can request deletion at any time.
